ASKEW, Dorothy

Peacefully at the Cumberland Infirmary after a long illness on Wednesday 29th December 2021, Dorothy aged 79 years (five days before her 80th Birthday).  Dearly loved mum of Lesley and Caroline, mother-in-law of Adrian and Martin, a cherished grandma of Matthew, Josh, Ben, Jonny and Luke, a dear sister, auntie and friend to many.  Funeral service to be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Wednesday 12th January at 3:40pm.  Family flowers only, donation in lieu to Cats Protection.  All enquiries to Jill Glencross Independent Funeral Directors.  Tel: 01228 317373.
